GULFSTREAM has most recently executed a purchase and sale agreement to acquire 224 Texaco stations, 4 terminals and several airport refueling operations in the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and St. Maarten.
This strategic move is part of the Groups ongoing efforts to continuously search for new opportunities to expand its downstream fuel business in the Caribbean. Moreover, it supports the Groups unequivocal focus to satisfy customer needs and create jobs in the markets in which it operates.
