A new concept in dining for Haiti, Sankofa Salads is the country’s first ever fresh salad bar! At Sankofa Salads, we believe that Haiti’s future lies in benefiting from its proud history of growing luscious vegetables and juicy fruits. As such, we’ve made a steadfast commitment to purchasing all of our organic produce from local farmers to promote and contribute to the growth of local agriculture and the Haitian economy.
Visiting Sankofa Salads is a cultural experience like no other. From the moment you enter our doors to when you place your order, in no time you will pick-up your delicious, tailor-made salad creation and/or other freshly made goodies.
To ensure that you are always greeted with a warm welcome, team members will greet you with a smile and provide you with exceptional customer service. All of our staff are required to attend our two-week comprehensive training. At Sankofa Salads, we are not only in the business of selling high quality fresh food fast, but excellent customer service as well.
