El Viejo Bar & Grill was established in 2012 with a mission of creating one of Haiti's premier Bar & Grill Restaurants featuring Grilled Chicken Combos, Chicken Wings, Burgers and Ice Cold Beverages.

Our Culinary Training Program requires that each employee take our Basic Culinary Training Certificate. This program will not only provide them with the essential cooking techniques required for the job at El Viejo but also teach them the essential Safety and Sanitation Standards that are expected to be followed in any restaurant around the world. In addition to our Basic Culinary Training Certificate we will also offer an Intermediate and Advanced Culinary Training Certificate. These additional programs will be available to employees who wish to expand their culinary knowledge with aspirations of working in fine dining establishments in the future.
