ULLDOG SECURITY/JCV Securité S.A. is led by a group of individuals with a solid business and judiciary background, as well as two young professional experts in the security field, Gilbert Fourcand and Philippe Arthur. BULLDOG SECURITY/JCV Securité S.A. is one of the most professional private security companies operating in Haiti.

BULLDOG SECURITY/JCV Securité S.A. has the capacity to fulfill the most demanding requests, and excels by applying professional ethics which captivate the attention of clients, as well as many competitors, while settings new standards.

Incorporated in 2003, the company began operations as JCV Securité S.A. with a staff of 45 guards offering professional services to businesses in the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince. By 2005, JCV Securité S.A. had grown and serviced the suburbs of the capital city.

To assure further expansion and quality, the company entered a joint venture with a group of Haitian-American businessmen and a young security company, BULLDOG SECURITY S.A., led by a dynamic team with a new vision, innovative ideas, and an American and German military background. By 2011, the company restructuring was complete with BULLDOG SECURITY being the lead brand within the JCV Securité Group.

At present, security services are offered in numerous provincial cities such as Cap-Haitian, Croix-des-Bouquets, Pétion-Ville and others. BULLDOG SECURITY/JCV Securité S.A. is appreciated by both, local and international customers and now employs over two hundred (200) security guards, supervisors, and administrative staff, offering a variety of security related services nationwide:

Our customer’s security management and the well-being of our agents are at the heart of our success. Once selected, every staff member will undergo a thorough international training program and must successfully complete the courses before being assigned to a specific position. Continuous training and education of the guards is assured by well known instructors who had been trained themselves by security professionals of the international community.

KEY PERSONNEL BULLDOG SECURITY/JCV Securité S.A.

BULLDOG SECURITY/JCV Securité S.A.’s BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT TEAM is composed of individuals with a solid background in business, justice, and security training. Equipped with worldwide working experience, profound communication knowledge, and versed in a variety of languages that are spoken during day-to-day operations, our key members are fluent in English, French, Haitian Creole, and German.

Philippe Arthur

Director and Co-Founder of Bulldog Security S.A./JCV Securité S.A.

Philippe holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice of Keiser University, Miami, Florida (USA) and is a US-Army veteran with long-standing experience in weapons repair. His meritorious service during combat in Iraq was honored with awards, such as the Combat Action Badge 2003, USA/USAF in 2003 and twice in 2004, Certificate of Appreciation for Exemplary Performance 2004, Army Commendation Medal in 2004 and 2006, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, President’s Citation, Iraq Campaign Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and a Certificate of Meritorious Service (Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003). Philippe underwent Florida State Security Officer’s Training and is a licensed firearms holder in Florida and Haiti. His knowledge of combat situations and extensive experience as a weapons specialist provides a solid background for handling matters in an environment prone to security conflicts. At Bulldog Security S.A., Philippe is responsible for new project development, security training, and weapon repairs.

Gilbert Fourcand

Director and Co-Founder of Bulldog Security S.A./JCV Securité S.A.

Gilbert has over 15 years of solid experience in the security field, working with international companies. In 1998, he was part of United Nation’s security detail, performing incident investigations, assuring security for the convoys, providing VIP protection and building security. He received additional US-training in 2010 and is an experienced instructor in Senior Risk Management and Hostile Environment Awareness. At Bulldog Security S.A., Gilbert holds the position of Chief of Security and is responsible for all security related matters, guard training, and the management of supervisors and senior personnel. In this capacity, Gilbert maintains close contact with customers and monitors the assigned tasks closely to ensure maximum performance of all team members.
