Love Your Body Dance Class has been created to help women increase their self-confidence and self love.

During our sessions, every woman is welcome to express herself, to share about the challenges of her everyday life while practicing gratitude and positivity. You will stretch, exercise and of course you will DANCE and have lots of fun. We at Love Your Body believe that sexiness and femininity come from within and have nothing to do with age, shape or weight. You can also enjoy the Love Your Body Experience with a group of friends in the privacy of your home. Learn to love and appreciate your body, empower your mind, emancipate your whole being! Attend our Friday evening sessions or book us for a private class. No previous dance training is required.
