THE SHACK represents everything that Haiti has to offer, a typical look on the outside, with all the warmth, the welcoming, the soul of what a fast food should be when the traditional meets 21st century way of living!
Our National Sandwich and best seller the SHACKABANA can best illustrate that concept. Griot, banane pese and pikliz presented in a new way.
We also wanted to create a family ambiance where people of all ages, color, race or background, can grab a bite have drink and relax.
