DINASA is a joint venture with Groupe Financier National which was formed to acquire the assets of Royal Dutch Shell in Haiti, exiting the country after 75 years of presence.

DINASA is the only Haitian owned integrated Oil and Gas Company in Haiti. It benefits from a unique set of infrastructural assets allowing it to service all types of customers and industries throughout the country with aviation fuel, LPG, diesel, fuels, bitumen, fuel oil and lubricants.

Thanks to professional management and the shareholders’ dedication to growth and investment, DINASA was also able to subsequently complete the acquisition of Chevron Texaco Haiti, making it today on a consolidated basis, the largest petroleum distribution operation in Haiti.

DINASA’s Board and Management Teams are fully dedicated to promoting win-win partnerships with retailers, commercial and industrial customers, suppliers, associates and the community at large.
