ABOUT FRANÇOISE
Françoise Elizée began her career as a designer while working as manager of the International Relations and Production Monitoring for RIKA; A well known food brand on the Haitian market. Armed with a Masters Degree in International Business and with a deep sense of entrepreneurship, she quickly realized she had to pursue her long time dream to become an exotic, luxury handbag designer.
With her in-depth knowledge of exotic leather goods market, she found a common interlace between the International Business world and designing. The significance of details, primarily self-taught, she attended many workshops, and traveled the world visiting selective high end boutiques in Paris, Italy and Milan to create her niche. Françoise launched her very first collection in September 2008.

With the influences of celebrated women of business and Fashion icons like Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, Iman, Grace Kelly and her mother Marie Felixe Elizée, the Françoise Elizee Collection makes every woman feel confident and bold. “To me, these women represent what it means to be a modern woman: independent, graceful, powerful, yet approachable” Francoise explained.
Distinctive materials such as the label’s signature lizard, crocodile and python skins, are an important source of inspiration for Francoise. These beautiful materials are featured in all of her collections. These exotic skins are carefully sourced with the utmost care and details.

Françoise seeks to re-define the luxury fashion industry, while discovering the true meaning of “exclusivity.” These limited edition designs are handcrafted and made in durable materials, bold and fashion forward colors. Françoise has convinced consumers to make considered and balanced choices-to buy less and buy better quality while celebrating sophistication and elegance.
