PROJECTS
Municipal Marketplace - Mirebalais
One of the latest projects executed by GTC
The municipal marketplace is situated in the Central department of Haiti on the outskirts of the city of Mirebalais.
It is a 6000 m2 steel-framed structure. Lightweight plaster panels were fixated on the exterior walls to give it a nice finish. Moreover 4000 m3 of concrete were laid out to provide access to the marketplace from the city proper. It was conceived to provide an easily accessible meeting place for farmers, merchants, and the surrounding communities to sell and buy their wares.
