Giant Supermarket
Is perhaps Haiti's best supplied supermarket including refrigerated and dry food products and specialty product areas such as floral, pharmacy and a bakery. We carry approximately 30,000 varieties of products from different parts of the world in order to meet the demands of our customers. We opened our doors to local and foreign customers on August 28, 2010.
We want our customers to have a pleasant experience every time they visit giant. We offer a welcoming air-conditioned area, with comfortable spacing between aisles, at our cashiers, and in common areas. Giant is a two-story supermarket with indoor and outdoor parking spaces. It also has an ATM machine on the first floor.
Giant's staff has been trained to offer top-of-the-line service to our customers. They are in charge of keeping the counters organized and well provisioned, keeping the supermarket clean and proper at all times, ensuring security to all our customers both inside and outside in the parking lot, and most of all, helping us guarantee our customers to be happy each time they visit Giant.
Among the 175 members of our personnel, there are some members who speak French, Creole, English and Spanish, ensuring proper communication with our customers.
