Our Company
Cannex S.A. launched its first quality, great tasting milk beverage in March 2012 and is part of the Coles Group, which founded Cannex S.A. and SunFood S.A.; It is the only Milk beverage plant in Haiti. Our milk goes through a UHT (Ultra high temperature) pasteurization process and is put into a Tetra Pak aseptic container allowing an extra long shelf life.
Cannex S.A. Big Shake commercial was featured on the Steve Harvey show.
As of October 2012, Cannex’s product line included a concentrated evaporated lightly sweetened milk “Hollandia” in 65 ml and a high nutrition shake “Big shake” in 330 ml. In August 2013, it added in 330 ml packaging: “Hollandia UHT whole milk”, “Hollandia UHT half skimmed milk” and “Hollandia UHT skimmed milk”.
With its own Research and Development laboratory, Cannex has the capability to develop new products based on market demands. Cannex equipment lines also allows for flexibility in packaging configurations.

Our Process
UHT or Ultra High Temperature:In UHT treatment, milk is exposed to brief, intense heating to temperatures in the range of 275-284 degrees Fahrenheit for only three seconds. Most importantly, UHT treatment is a continuous process which takes place in a closed system that prevents the product from being contaminated by airborne micro-organisms.
At Cannex, our milk passes through heating and cooling stages in quick succession, then is immediately put into a sterile Tetra Pak shelf-safe carton.
